The Cherokee Casino employees are amazing people and honestly do a fantastic job at it! I had a security guard pull a dad joke on my wife and I we laughed so hard, it was nice to see they let employees still have a sense of humor and keep their personality’s haha! Plus they keep the casino clean and tidy, also very informative on where to go and how to get there you can easily get turned around if you don’t know your way around yet. I also love all the promotions the Casino offers such as Hot Zones where you can win more free play, also the salute card tracks your points and rewards you earn, then you can use the points with many options such as free play or complimentary room stays and such. This was the first casino I’ve been to and my wife and I absolutely loved it!! We are veterans and got the salute card that gave us $25 each of free play, this lead us to the buffalo diamond and won a whopping $800! Needless to say we were hooked from then.
